It’s a request for proposal, where you create a potential project to be approved.
Be a part of Greensboro’s dynamic community and find a place to let your creative dreams run free by creating a plan to buy and renovate one of our two Main Street buildings.
The RFP is open to all, and there are multiple ways to finance.
We are community driven.
The Greensboro community will vote on top proposals to take on the buildings.
Submit your proposal by July 1st, 2024!
